- Member Support:
An international team will be at your disposal at all times to accompany you before, during and after your exchange: our assistance will be available 24 hours 7 days a week.
In the event of an incident, GuesttoGuest will assist in the discussion between the host and the guest, and find a customized solution and compensate you if necessary.
- Accommodation guarantee:
As a guest, you can rest assured that we will find another suitable accommodation for you and/or compensate you in case of a host cancellation or if the accommodation does not conform to the description. As a host, you can rest assured that your home will be restored to its original state.
As a guest,
- You can get a compensation of up to €700/week if we fail to find you a suitable substitute exchange in the event that your host cancels on you.
- In cases of non-conformity of your host's home, GuesttoGuest will propose an alternative solution.
- GuesttoGuest will be responsible for damages of up to €500,000, beyond the deductible €100 from your deposit.
As a host,
- There will be a deposit of €500 which can be used to pay for minor damages by your guest
- GuesttoGuest will be responsible for damages of up to €500,000
- GuesttoGuest will cover you in cases of theft
GuesttoGuest Service is the guarantee for a successful holiday: after finishing an exchange, you will only have to pack your bags. We will take care of the rest!
Remember that the GuestPoints system continues to work in the same way. Therefore, to travel you will still need to host to get GuestPoints or make reciprocal exchanges.
