The purpose of Service Plus is to guarantee a successful exchange; you just have to finalise your exchange, pack your bags and leave the rest to us! For a fixed price of €10 per night per exchange, you can rest assured that regardless as a host or as a guest, you can be certain that GuestToGuest will be at your disposal in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

As a guest,
- You can get a compensation of up to €700/week if we fail to find you a suitable substitute exchange in the event that your host cancels on you.
- In cases of non-conformity of your host's home, GuesttoGuest will propose an alternative solution.
- GuesttoGuest will be responsible for damages of up to €500,000, beyond the deductible €100 from your deposit.
As a host,
- A deposit of €500 which can be used to pay for minor damages by your guest
- GuesttoGuest will be responsible for damages of up to €500,000
- GuesttoGuest will cover you in cases of theft
Please take note that without Service Plus, you will not be able to benefit from these guarantees and GuesttoGuest might not be able to help you in case of a problem during your exchange.
