An international team will be at your disposal at all times to accompany you before, during and after your exchange: our assistance will be available 7/7 and 24/24.
In the event of an incident, GuestToGuest will take over the mediation between the host and the guest, to find a customized solution and reward you if necessary.
As a guest you will have the certainty of being relocated or rewarded in case of cancellation or if the accommodation does not conform to your description.
As a host, you will find your home in the state in which you left it.
With the GuesttoGuest Service , you will have GuesttoGuest assistance 24/7 in case of emergency. For more information about how to contact us in case of emergency, click here.
As a guest,
- You can get a compensation of up to €700/week if we fail to find you a suitable substitute exchange in the event that your host cancels on you.
- In cases of non-conformity of your host's home, GuesttoGuest will propose an alternative solution.
- GuesttoGuest will be responsible for damages of up to €500,000, beyond the deductible €100 from your deposit.
As a host,
- A deposit of €500 which can be used to pay for minor damages by your guest
- GuesttoGuest will be responsible for damages of up to €500,000
- GuesttoGuest will cover you in cases of theft
Please take note that without GuesttoGuest Service, you will not be able to benefit from these guarantees and GuesttoGuest might not be able to help you in case of a problem during your exchange.
