Once the exchange has ended, GuesttoGuest contacts the host to find out how the exchange went.
The host has ten days to let GuesttoGuest know if there are any damages. Thus, the return of your deposit depends on your host.
If there are no problems with the exchange, the deposit will be automatically released in 20 days after the exchange.
GuesttoGuest will never debit the deposit if all goes well with the exchange, we will be sure to contact you and will only debit from your account with your permission in rare cases of damages.
