A member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible to find a solution together.
If your concern is not considered an emergency by our team member, we will suggest that you wait until our office hours to receive a reply (from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, time in Paris).
You can also contact one of our ambassador volunteers by chat; they are also members of the GuesttoGuest community and they may be able to advise you.
